This was my first job, just down the street from where I lived. My manager, Dave, set a strong example of leadership and teamwork. Our crew worked together to meet speed and service goals, which earned him a promotion to manage another restaurant. The experience taught me the importance of efficiency, cooperation, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

 

Skills & Responsibilities:

Morning food prep, including rolling ahead crispy burritos

Portioning and preparing Mexi Fries

Stocking and setting up the food line for opening

Rolling burritos and assembling menu items

Operating deep fryers and other kitchen equipment

Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dining areas

Taking customer orders at the counter and drive-through

Cash handling and basic register operations

Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
